Frequently Asked Questions

Why do I have to complete an application to schedule a call?

You don't have to. If you'd like to schedule a call because you believe strongly that we're a fit, just send an email to [email protected] with the subject "I'm Skipping the Application." However, we will give priority to people who follow our business model - we work best with people who will respect the way we work works!

What is the benefit of completing the application?

When we schedule a conversation after you have answered a few questions, we can start from a position of understanding you and knowing better what you want, what you need and what you don't. You'll also get a sense of how we think strategically. The process takes about 2 minutes, but saves you and my team a lot more time than that, especially if it turns out we're not a fit.

What kinds of questions will I be asked in this "Application?"

The questions are designed to get you thinking about your clarity and commitment to making a smooth and inspiring career change now. We also asks questions to get a sense of how serious and excited you are - or are not - and what would be the best way to approach getting to know what you need most help with, and what you don't need to spend time dealing with.

If I pass the application, then what happens?

When you complete the application, you'll be automatically directed to a scheduling page. You will be offered several time slots to choose from. We will also send you eye-opening results from the assessment part of the application - you'll see the benefit of those reports immediately - and we'll follow up instructions and an email the day before our appointment to confirm.

Will the appointment be salesy.

No. I can assure you that our conversation will be (approximately) 80 percent focused on exploring and clarifying your career vision and goals, 10 percent focused on challenges you're trying to overcome and 8 percent presentation on the options available to you. If it seems like it's a fit, I'll spend 2% of my time and 100 percent of my passion encouraging you to work with my team. Like anything, you're free to say yes or no or even hang up at any time. I suggest you try not to confuse my enthusiasm for salesy-ness. Some have and they suffered more than I did.

How much time will the application take? How long is the strategy call?

The application itself takes about 1 - 2 minutes, and the bonus assessments take about 2 minutes each. If you answer honestly from the heart without overthinking, we'll have all the we need within 6 -7 minutes or so.
